Guidance For Visitors

All visitors are subject to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, Management off Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and Brightwells regulations whilst on site.

You or your representatives are requested to observe the following site rules when attending our Madley Site;

• The site speed limit is 10MPH.

Always beware of pedestrians and vehicle/machinery movements.

• The wearing of Hi-Viz clothing is mandatory
• Operation of machinery/vehicles must be carried out in a safe and controlled manner by a competent person.
• Children 12 years or under are not allowed on site.
• No dogs are allowed on site.
• Further information on Health & Safety can be found at the front desk when you sign in and Brightwells staff are on hand to assist and advise you where necessary.
