1919 Ford Model T Tourer;
Chassis No.: C204229; MOT: Exempt; Ownership: Present owner since May 2017;
Australian import; RHD
This 1919 Ford Model T Tourer
is believed to have been built in Canada in right-hand-drive configuration for
the Australian market. It is understood to have been imported into the UK during
the 1980s, where it subsequently underwent restoration, with photographs on file
showing the car at various stages of the work.
The car is
described as an unmodified example and has recently been recommissioned
following a prolonged period in storage. It is reported to be in sound working
order, and the original hood is included in the sale along with a
well-documented history file.
The vendor, who purchased the
car in May 2017, notes that the paintwork and interior trim are in a really good
all-round original condition along with the bodywork, engine and transmission
making this little car a perfect example to use drive and show next
year.
