from 26th April, 2004 and supplied by Ames Rover of Suffolk, this
striking Trophy Yellow MG ZT-T estate was the 22nd of just 26 Trophy
Yellow ZT-T’s built making it a rather rare and excusive car.
Sitting on
its 18” seven-double-spoke alloy wheels, its an appealing design with few, if
any marks to the bodywork – astounding really given it is 18 years old and has
covered 150,747 miles.
Inside, we find an
unusual spec featuring a burgundy Alcantara interior with walnut trim, digital
climate control, four electric windows, electric mirrors, multi-function
steering wheel, front fog lights, cup holder and Kenwood radio/CD
player.
Under the bonnet, we find a 2.0-litre
four-cylinder diesel engine which produces 135bhp driving the front wheels via
five-speed manual transmission.

no doubt spotted the blue ribbon neatly added to the car – this is because our
ever so generous vendor has opted to donate ALL monies raised by the sale of the
car to the DEC-Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal which is tremendously kind – and we

say looks jolly good all round.
The history
file for this estate model ZT-T includes the V5C recording four former keepers
to the current of 10 years, the owner’s pack and service book showing 10 stamps,
the last in June 2022 at 150,594 miles by the Rover 75 Specialist, a selection
of invoices for parts and routine maintenance including the most recent service
and another £511 spend in March this year on a replacement damper, drop link,
mirror switch pack and MOT. Another bill references installation of a custom
remap to increase torque and fuel efficiency by local MG specialist Tom Force in
2017.
The car comes with a current MOT valid
until February 2023 recording just two minor advisories for tyre edge wear and
10 old MOTs.
